YOUNG LEADERSHIP BOARD OF THE HERBERGER THEATER CENTER ELECTS MATTHEW P. CHIARELLO AS SECRETARY PHOENIX (March 3, 2017) – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Matthew P. Chiarello, an attorney in the Phoenix office, was elected to Secretary on the Young Leadership Board of the Herberger Theater Center. As Secretary, Chiarello is responsible for preparing and documenting the meeting minutes at every Young Leadership Board meeting, then send the meeting minutes to the Executive Board following every meeting. In addition the Secretary role is responsible to distribute other items to the Board, such as meeting agendas prior to each Board meeting. The Secretary also acts as the custodian of the Young Leadership Board’s records and shall maintain an appropriate file-sharing database for the Board’s use. The Secretary is also responsible for organizing and executing Young Leadership Board monthly meetings. The Herberger Theater Center is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization whose Matthew P. Chiarello mission is to support and foster the growth of performing arts in Phoenix as the premier performance venue, arts incubator and advocate. It was conceived as a pivotal piece in the redevelopment and revitalization of downtown Phoenix.
