Musical Theatre Solo/Ensemble Technique For the Stage Part I

FOR STUDENTS ENTERING GRADES 1-3 (Limited to 25 students) If you love to sing, dance, and act and want to continue to grow as a performer - then join the fun and training in this interactive workshop of basic musical theatre training. The workshop will focus on ensemble and solo technique, basic singing, and dance technique as we take inspiration from some famous Broadway musicals. The last class will include a Sharing Showcase for friends and families to include vocal selections with dialogue and dance - a great chorus review! 2015-16 Workshop Series

FOR STUDENTS ENTERING GRADES 4-6 (Limited to 25 students) Every session will feature a wide set of skill building that can benefit you in many ways! We will practice the art of singing, dancing, and acting. You can bet on doing fun exercises such as working on facial expressions, characterizations and staying in scene. The last class will include a Sharing Showcase for friends and families. Julie Lane and Lindsay Taylor, Instructors.
