About the Evening & Clean Air Champions Zero Energy - A unique event that strives for net zero energy emissions throughout the evening, including the food preparation. Clean Air Champions - You will dine with Clean Air Champions; National Team and Olympic athletes - as they circulate to each table as each course is served. Delicious Six Course Meal - Local, organic menu paired with complimentary Cono Sur wine in a beautiful candle-lit ambience. Evening Itinerary 6:00pm — 6:45pm: Cocktails and complimentary Cono Sur wine with Champions, and viewing of silent auction items—get to meet the very athletes whose items you may bid on! 6:45pm — 8:15pm: Six course meal introduced by Fairmont Chateau Laurier’s Chef, paired with Cono Sur wines. 8:00pm — 9:30pm: Conversation, music & auction bidding with Champions.

Proceeds will go to Clean Air Champions’ school programs. CAC is a national charity that engages high profile athletes (our Champions) to educate youth about air quality, climate change & health, and inspire them to get active for the environment.
