HOSTEL RULES & REGULATIONS 1. The students should wake up at 5.00 am and go to sleep exactly at 11 pm. 2. You are warned against writing on walls and furniture and against pasting paper

and making the surface dirty. If so done, all inmates of the room will be fined. 3. Mobile phone and other electric/electronic equipment should never been brought

or used. Miscreants is fined Rs.500/- and the equipment will be seized. 4. The fee once remitted should not be refunded under any circumstances. 5. A caution deposit of Rs.5000/- should be paid at the time of admission. Hospital

expenses, fine if any will be deducted from this deposit and the remaining amount will be refunded only after the completion of the course. 6. Hostel fee should be remitted as three installments as per fee schedule 7. Visitors

communications 8. Parents can come to visit their ward only on scheduled date and time. Other

visitors are not permitted. 9. Visiting time is limited as 2 to 5 pm of schedules date. 10. Phone calls are also restricted to once in a week 11. Group study or discussions are strictly banned in the hostel 12. Any permission will not be granted over phone call 13. Any mate who makes preach of discipline or make cause disturbance to other

inmates will be sent out from the hostel/fined Rs:500/- based on the condition 14. Dance, song, birthday celebrations etc are not allowed in the hostel. 15. Any complaints about any inmates or hostel may be reported to hostel warden or

hostel in charge. 16. The students are restricted to going out the hostel without the permission of hostel

in charge. 17. Gold ornaments and other valuable things are not supposed to bringing in the

hostel. ZEPHYR and hostel management are not liable to any loss or damage. 18. Hostel inmates are not allowed to enter other rooms which are not allotted for

them. 19. ZEPHYR can make a rearrangement/shuffling of room/beds if it is required. 20. Keep the hostel clean and tidy. 21. The students should not vacate the hostel before the completion of the course.

Parents of the student will be responsible for the liability due to this. 22. The ZEPHYR management have full rights to take any kind of disciplinary action, if

to be required. 23. Hostlers are only permitted to hostel visit with the hostel warden, other outing

from the hostel and zephyr is strictly banned.
