Listed below are the total workdays by position for all non-annual BASE employees for the 2016-17 school year. The schedules for building based positions and central services positions are listed separately. This schedule is subject to change due to weather closures or other calendar changes. Building- Based Positions For the 2016-17 school year, building-based non-annual secretarial and IA schedules do not include the teacher workdays for any positions except for the 205 day principal’s secretaries. If your building’s instructional program necessitates that other secretarial support staff be present on any of the non-school days, they may work one or more of these days in exchange for a workday after school is out for the summer. As an alternative to a “trade day” secretaries may work additional days that are charged to the building budget. Please keep accurate records to ensure the correct number of days are worked and paid.
