The field is hereby informed of the SECOND DIVISION SSG OFFICERS MONTHLY MEETING for SY 2017 - 2018 on Friday, JuIy 7,2OL7,10:00 AM - 1:00 PM at Isaac Lopez Integrated School, Mandaluyong City.

The attendees for the said meeting are the Presidents of the Supreme

Student Govemment of the different High Schools and Integrated Schools in the Division together with thei r respective Advisers. Agenda of the meeting will be the following: 1. Submission of June Monthly Repoft 2. Project Proposal (Divide the Task) 3. Movable Library 4. Launching of #IBooklat "Give a Book, Share Knowledge" 5. Updates on the upcoming Division activities

In addition, the office is requesting the presence of Mr. Rhyan Medina, Head Teacher III of HHIS who will act as Process Observer for the said meeting. The transportation of the participants shall be charged to the MOOE / Canteen funds of their respective schools while the food/snacks of the attendees shall be charged to the host school subject to the usual accounting and auditing procedures. School Heads are advised to make necessary arrangements to avoid disruption of classes.
