1. Please be informed that the SDO will conduct training for grade 6 teachers entitled: "Dlvlrlon Tr.hfrg on Leernlng Competencier ead Pedagoglel for Crtade 6 Teacber' on November 16-18,2017 (Thursday to Friday), 8:00am to 5:00pm at Highway Hills Integrated School. 2. Expected participants are all teachers with grade 6 teaching loads. 3. Objectives of the said training-seminar are the following:
a. Provide teachers with a concrete understanding on Grade 6 learning standards and competencies
b. Provide them with ttre opportunities to acquire and demonstrate ttre cogrritive and afrective competencies they need in the effective implementation of the grade 6 curriculum c. Ensure that teachers are properly equipped with capabilities to perform various tasks in the effective delivery of the curriculum and their role as facilitators of learning
4. Transportation of pa.rticipants strall be charged to local fund while all raining expenses shall be charge to HRTD fund of the division subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and reguLations.
5. Since the training will fall on Special Non-Working Holiday due to APEC Summit and on a Saturday, teacher-participants are entitled for 3 Days Service Credits. Page
