1. Check Entries for accuracy  We need to clear up any errors/problems before the meet. If you find any problems please  email specific concerns to [email protected]  2. Sign BU Waiver upon entry to the pool  Everyone is required to sign a Boston University waiver on their way into the pool area.  3. POSITIVE CHECK IN 

Events will close for check­in and will be seeded approximately one hour before they start, with the  exception of the ​800 Free which will close at the start of warmup at 4:30pm​. When you arrive at the pool,  be sure to visit the check­in table immediately to check­in for your events. The first event on Saturday and  Sunday will close for check­in 45 minutes before the session starts. ​(Saturday ­Men's 400 free &  Sunday­ Women’s 400 free check in will close at 9:15am.)  4. Stay off pool deck until immediately before warm ups start  Other programs will be using the pool until just before warm up.  5. Safety Notes  Swimmers must enter the pool feet first in a cautious and controlled manner. During pre­competition  warm up no diving or backstroke starts are allowed except in designated sprint lanes in the competition  pool. No diving or backstroke starts are allowed at any time in the width­wise warm up/ warm down  lanes.  6. 800 Freestyle – alternating women & men by heat, fast to slow  Please note that the 800 free is swum fast to slow, alternating heats of women and men. Check in for the  800 closes at 4:30 pm.

8. Saturday & Sunday Concessions & Kastaway Swimwear  There will not be concessions on Friday. Please support our vendors!
