Boston University has privileged us with the use of their facility so please represent USMS as respectful  ambassadors and remain off of the pool deck until Warm Up begins!  This means 4:30 PM on Friday and  9:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday.  

There is NO posting of advertisements, flyers or posters without the approval of the Boston University  Aquatics Director.

Important Notes:  1. Every person must sign a BU waiver upon entry to the pool area!  2. Every event requires positive check in.  Check­In for the 800 Free on Friday will close  at 4:30 PM, and on Saturday/Sunday both the men's and women's 400 Free will  close at 9:15 AM.  All other events will close approximately one hour before the  event is expected to begin.  3. The 800 Free is run fastest to slowest, alternating heats of women and men.   4. PARKING:  On Friday, December 12, 2014: 4:30pm­9:30pm  ­ $12 pay­on­entry  (POE) at Agganis Arena garage or $10 POE at Babcock Street Lot.  On Saturday, 

December 13, 2014: 9am­6pm ­ $12 POE at Arena and $10 POE at Babcock.  On  Sunday, December 14, 2014: 9am­5pm – $12 POE at Arena and $10 POE at  Babcock.  5. There will be concessions with snacks and drinks on Saturday & Sunday. There will  also be a swim suit vendor selling various apparel and supplies.  6. Chairs are provided on deck.   7. There is NO DIVING in the warm up lanes during the meet.  Team Scoring Divisions 

Same as last year NEM Workout groups will be scored together with USMS clubs as teams. There will be  four team size divisions: Squad [1­3 swimmers entered], Small Team [4­10 swimmers], Medium Team  [11­25 swimmers] and Large Team [26+ swimmers]. 

There will be an awards ceremony Sunday after the completion of the last relay in which the top three teams  in each division will be recognized. The top scoring individual male and female will also be recognized. 

Club & Workout Group Affiliation 

You may only compete as part of your USMS registered team or workout group. If you need to change your  USMS registration contact the NE­LMSC Registrar at ​ [email protected]​  ASAP! Once the meet has  begun you will not be able to change your affilitation.
