TIMBER CREEK HIGH SCHOOL SKY DANCER CRAFT AND COLLECTORS SHOW RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. Refunds will not be issued. An exhibitor may sell his/her booth space to another exhibitor. However, the Sky Dancer Craft and Collectors Show officials require notification of such change. 2. An exhibitor will be considered a NO SHOW if he/she has not arrived by 8:30 a.m. on Saturday. At that time, the booth space will be released for resale. 3. Set up must be completed between 7:00-8:30 a.m. on Saturday. 4. If a booth space is empty, it is not to be retained by another exhibitor without permission. 5. Two chairs will be provided per booth space. 6. Vehicles may not park in the fire lane after loading/unloading supplies. 7. Nails or anything that will mark the walls of the school may not be used. Tape is acceptable. 8. The show officials shall designate selling areas and each exhibitor shall sell and display within the confines of his/her designated area only. 9. The Sky Dancer Service Organization reserves the right to restrict the sale, display, or distribution of an printed materials, photographs, books, magazines, pictures, paraphernalia, or other representations ion order to maintain a proper, moral, wholesome environment. 10. If selling homemade food items, please make sure to apply and obtain a food permit for your booth. 11. Exhibitors shall not bring upon or distribute on the grounds of Timber Creek High School any political, religious, soliciting matter, or handbills without the consent of the officials of the show. 12. Booth spaces cannot be used for games, skill, raffles, lotteries, palm readings, or auctions of any purpose related to carnivals. 13. The following will not be allowed for any reason: alcoholic beverages, amplifiers, the sale of prepared food such as bake sale items, or the sale of animals. 14. The Sky Dancer Service Organization and its officials reserve the right to refuse admission to any dealer. 15. The Keller ISD, its employees, and the Sky Dancer Service Organization will not assume responsibility in the event of injury, accident, or theft. 16. Any returned checks will incur a fee in the amount of $25. 17. We strongly encourage exhibitors not to close their booths before 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
