a Conservation Rules & Guidelines of ECO SLOW MARATHON INBA

親愛なるエコ･スローウォーカー･ランナーの皆様へ！

Dear fellow Eco Slow-walkers & runners!

印旛沼の美しい自然環境と文化的遺産を守り未来世代に伝える為､下記をお守りください Please obey the following rules to protect the natural beauty and cultural heritage of Lake Inba to hand over to the future generations .

１．制限時間(42K)は朝 5 時ｽﾀｰﾄが 9 時間､朝 7 時は 7 時間で､完走は正午から午後 2 時迄のｺﾞｰﾙが条件です。 The course will be open for 9 hours for those who start at 5 am & for 7 hours for those who start at 7 am.

２. EV 以外の排ガス車を運転しての来場は失格となります。電車･バス､自転車利用､歩きや走りが義務です｡ Coming to the start by driving non-EV will be disqualified, Take public transportations, bicycle, running or walking.

３．ｽﾀｰﾄ地点･コースやその周辺での野外トイレは厳禁です。各給水所に併設されたトイレ使用が義務です。 Excretion on or near the course will be subject to disqualification, please use toilets at every 1.6 Km.

４．各自水筒とコップ持参は義務です。脱水防止の為、給水を心がけ、給水所ではセルフ給水が義務です。 It’s mandatory to bring your own water bottle or camel pack and fill it out by yourself at water stations. ５．ごみを入れた袋は給水所やゴールまで持ち運ぶことがクリーンヒーロー として選出される条件です。

To be voted as CLEAN HERO, participant need to pickup & carry the trash on the course to the water stations or the finish line.

６．ごみをコースに落とし、指摘されても拾わなかった参加者は失格となり、コースから退去して貰います。

Those who drop trash on the course but didn’t picked up will be disqualified & will be asked to leave from the course.

７．自転車道では安全の為、イアフォン・ヘッドフォン使用､横並び進行､応援自転車との伴走等は禁止です。 It’s prohibited to use headphone / i-pod or non-single file / running with support bicycle on bike paths. ８．ボランティア､救護班､交通整理警官、応援の方々に心を込めて「ありがとう！」と感謝の気持を伝えましょう。

Express your gratitude by greeting, “Thank you! ” to volunteers, first aid personnel, police officers & spectators.

９．持込・受取に拘らず食べ物等のごみは会場やその周辺に残さず、家庭やホテルに持帰り分別しましょう。 It’s mandatory to take all left over foods regardless of bringing in or received to home or hotel. 10. 各ヒーロー受賞には表彰式に参加し､フォトコンテスト応募写真上映を楽しみ､互選されることが条件です。 HEROES will be voted by participant from the SLIDE SHOW which shown at the Award Ceremony.

住み良い自然環境を未来世代に創る為に日常生活で実践可能な 10 の心がけ 10 small steps in your EVERYDAY LIFE to make a BIG difference for the future generations. １．自然環境への畏敬の念と文化歴史的遺産保存は地球の宝物、自然界や文化の多様性を育てます。 make a BIG difference for the future generations. Respect nature and cultural heritage to enrich the biology and cultural diversity of our Planet. ２．環境保全・保護の為、食器等の油汚れはまず古紙やボロ布で拭取り、水と洗剤の使用は最小限に。 Use less water and detergent as possible to conserve and protect the environment. ３．短距離移動時は、排ガス車の使用を控え、健康の為、自転車利用・走り・歩きを楽しみましょう。 Walk, run or cycle for shorter distance instead of driving cars or trucks. ４．買物時はプラスチックや紙袋の無駄使いを減らすため、再利用可能な袋を持参しましょう。 Bring your own toto bag for grocery or shopping to reduce plastic or paper bags. ５．食品購入は地産品を選び､生野菜は勿体無いの心で､食べ切れる必要量だけ購入・調理しましょう。 Buy or cook minimum amount of locally grown foods to reduce the carbon footprint & food loss. ６．購入・食事や賃借時、廃棄時の環境的負荷まで配慮された商品やサービスを賢く選択しましょう。 Choose environmentally responsible products or services smartly when you buy, dine in or rent. ７．公共交通機関や EV を利用し、排ガス車を停車中は必ずアイドリングストップを心がけましょう。 Drive EV, take public transportation or shut off the engine when you stop for extend periods. ８．冷暖房を使用時、寒すぎたり、暑すぎない様、環境的に配慮した適切な温度設定を心がけましょう。 Set moderate temperature in your house, workplace or car to conserve the energy. ９．廃油･自転車･家具･衣類･ビン･缶･紙･ﾌﾟﾗｽﾁｯｸ等は資源保護の為､可能な限りリサイクルしましょう。 Recycle oil, clothes, furniture, bottles, cans, papers and plastics for the conservation of natural resources.

10. 道路やトレイル､公園や森林､山中や海岸等の自然空間では足跡以外、何も残さない様にしましょう。 Leave nothing but your footprints on streets, trails, parks, forests, mountains and beaches. © 2006-2014 Ecomarathon International, a Non-Profit Organization
