The meet is run using the semi-automatic Colorado timing system with electronic start. A Seeding Tent (Clerk of Course) will be used for Sessions 1 & 3 ONLY. Warm Up Assignments will be posted at www.cnslswimming.org and in the pool area.

Volunteers

Each CNSL Team MUST provide volunteers for each meet session. The number of volunteers required by team is based on size of Team Roster. Required volunteer count does not include Meet Officials or Meet Operations Staff. Volunteers may sign up for a position at www.cnslswimming.org. The meet is open to all 2015 CNSL participants who swim in 3 dual meets or 2 dual meets and Time Trials. Swimmers compete in their age group according to their age on June 1, 2015. Swimmers may enter TWO individual & ONE relay events. Swimmer’s entries are assigned to the applicable division according to the published cut off times.

Eligibility & Entries

A “no time” entry is NOT permitted. Swimmers must have a legal swim time for the event in which they are competing from a 2015 CNSL Dual Meet or Time Trials. Relay participants are determined by the team coach. Mixed Relays must consist of 2 male and 2 female athletes. For all 100 yard relay events, swimmers must use an in water start at the shallow end of the pool. Individual Entries must be submitted online no later than 5pm Saturday, July 18.

Entry Process & Individual & Relay Event Deadlines

A SEPARATE online form must be submitted for EACH swimmer and can be found at www.cnslswimming.org HEAD COACHES must submit a Team Relay Entry Form with approximate seed times by noon Wednesday, July 22. Names of relay participants must be submitted to the Meet Operations area no later than 30 minutes prior to the meet. If names are not provided, the relay will be removed from the meet. ALL RELAY SWIMMERS MUST BE ON THE MEET ATHLETE ROSTER TO PARTICIPATE IN A RELAY. Team Rosters will be posted by Tuesday, July 21 at www.cnslswimming.org.

Entry Confirmation & Correction Procedures

Individual Entry Reports will be emailed to each Team Manager by Tuesday, July 21. Team Managers will email the report to their families for review. nd

All errors must be reported by email to the Meet Director no later than 8pm Wednesday, July 22 . Late Entries or Deck Entries will NOT be accepted. ENTRIES MAY ONLY BE ALTERED THE DAY OF THE MEET DUE TO AN ERROR MADE BY THE MEET DIRECTOR AND WITH PERMISSION BY THE MEET REFEREE. The 2015 United States Swimming and CNSL Rules and Regulations will govern the meet.

Rules

No one will be permitted on the pool deck unless they are a participating swimmer, CNSL coach, meet staff or a volunteer working the meet session. Medals for first through third in “A, B, C” Division for all events.

Awards

Rosette ribbons for fourth through tenth place in all divisions. Participation awards for 8 & under swimmers.

Sales

T-shirt, programs, concessions and apparel will be available for sale.

Publicity

A CA Photographer/Videographer will be on site for marketing purposes. Pictures & Videos will NOT be for sale.

Inclement Weather Plan

Cancellation & Rain Date info will be posted at www.cnslswimming.org and emailed to Coaches and Team Managers. Session 1 will be made up at the END of Session 3 on Saturday afternoon in the event of inclement weather cancellation.
