DUBLIN BOROUGH RESOLUTION NO. 2016-03 A RESOLUTION DECLARING INTENT TO FOLLOW THE SCHEDULES AND PROCEDURES FOR DISPOSITION OF RECORDS AS SET FORTH BY RESOLUTION 2009-02.

WHEREAS, by virtue of Resolution No. 2009-02, adopted on April 13, 2009, the Borough of Dublin declared its intent to follow the schedules and procedures for the disposition of records as set forth in the Municipal Records Manual approved December 16, 2008; and WHEREAS, in accordance with Act 428 of 1968, each individual act of disposition shall be approved by Resolution of the governing body of the municipality; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by Borough Council, Dublin Borough, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, in accordance with the above cited Municipal Records Manual, hereby authorizes the disposition of the following public records: As defined on attached Appendix A. Adopted by the Dublin Borough Council, County of Bucks, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this 25th day of January, 2016. Dublin Borough Council
