First day of school is Wednesday, August 31. Please note that this year, there are no half-days of school in the calendar (except the last day of school). In-service days for Hanover/Dresden staff (no school for students) are August 29, 30, October 7, March 13, plus one day following the close of school. Note: The NH State Department requires adding 6 snow days to the 180 instructional-days calendar for students. Adhering to this requirement, the last day of school is scheduled to be June 26. The last day of school may be earlier, depending on the number of days lost to emergency closings, but will be no earlier than June 16.
