HOLDERS OF A GENERAL SECONDARY CREDENTIAL: 1. Qualify for Range III with less than 30 semester units. HOLDERS OF THE MASTER'S DEGREE: 1. Qualify for Ranges IV and V with five (5) semester units less than that specified above. 2. Shall receive an additional compensation equal to 5.4% ($2,438) of the non-adjusted base salary of $ 45,148 LENGTH OF SERVICE CREDIT: Additional compensation for length of service shall be added to the salaries shown in Ranges IV and V when personnel have reached the following salary steps on the schedule: Step 15 Step 19 Step 22 Step 25 Step 28 Step 30
