Dear Parents of Band, Choir, Dance & Orchestra Students, Welcome to 2016-2017 school year at Castillero! The Castillero Music Booster Club (CMBC in short) supports our children’s educational experience by providing artistic opportunities above and beyond what the school itself can provide. CMBC is an integral part of the performing arts programs at Castillero, and YOU are the most crucial puzzle piece to complete the programs’ excellence! The financial health of CMBC depends heavily on your generous contribution. We are a 501(c)/Non profit organization and any amount of donation can be considered a charitable contribution, and will be very much appreciated. The dynamics of the Music and Dance programs depend on parents’ participation in many different roles and capacities. Join us as parent supporter and volunteer to each program’s many activities and events. To stay well informed of all activities, please consider attending our general parent meetings as listed on Castillero’s website. The meetings are generally conducted after PTA’s monthly meetings in September, October, March and April. Our first meeting will be in September at 7:30 pm in the band room. Any meeting updates will also be posted on Castillero’s website so please check it regularly. To ensure an effective and prompt communication, it is also crucial that we have a way to communicate with all CMBC parents. Please consider joining Band/Choir/Dance/Orchestra Yahoo Group.
