Phase​ ​III​ ​Financing​ ​of​ ​$6.6​ ​Million​ ​for​ ​the​ ​Referendum​​ ​sale​ ​date​ ​is​ ​tentatively​ ​set​ ​for​ ​November​ ​13th. Interest​ ​rates​ ​have​ ​remained​ ​stable.​ ​One​ ​more​ ​phase​ ​remains,​ ​estimated​ ​for​ ​April​ ​2018.

Budget​ ​Committee​ ​Wraps​ ​Up​ ​Budget​ ​Work:​​ ​The​ ​Assembly​ ​passed​ ​the​ ​state​ ​budget​ ​bill​ ​on Wednesday,​ ​September​ ​13th.​ ​The​ ​Senate​ ​plans​ ​to​ ​vote​ ​on​ ​the​ ​budget​ ​bill​ ​Friday,​ ​September​ ​15th. Federal​ ​Appropriations​ ​Bill​ ​for​ ​Education​ ​Gains​ ​U.S.​ ​Senate​ ​Subcommittee​ ​Approval:​​ ​The​ ​bipartisan funding​ ​bill​ ​for​ ​federal​ ​FY2018​ ​includes​ ​$68.3​ ​billion​ ​in​ ​discretionary​ ​funding​ ​for​ ​the​ ​U.S.​ ​Department

Health​ ​Services​:​ ​97.32%​ ​of​ ​Superior​ ​students​ ​were​ ​compliant​ ​with​ ​WI​ ​Immunization​ ​law​ ​in​ ​the 2016-2017​ ​school​ ​year.​ ​Health​ ​Services​ ​will​ ​continue​ ​to​ ​work​ ​to​ ​increase​ ​compliance​ ​to​ ​99%​ ​or higher. Information​ ​Technology​:​ ​The​ ​wireless​ ​network​ ​upgrade​ ​is​ ​complete.​ ​Over​ ​a​ ​three​ ​week​ ​period,​ ​215 wireless​ ​access​ ​points​ ​were​ ​replaced,​ ​resulting​ ​in​ ​improved​ ​connectivity. Transportation​:​ ​The​ ​Energy​ ​Efficiency​ ​Exemption​ ​for​ ​the​ ​propane​ ​busses​ ​will​ ​be​ ​going​ ​out​ ​to​ ​bid​ ​this month.​ ​Bids​ ​will​ ​be​ ​brought​ ​to​ ​the​ ​Board​ ​for​ ​approval​ ​in​ ​October.
