Welcome​ ​to​ ​our​ ​High​ ​School​ ​Fall​ ​2017​ ​Parent​ ​Teacher​ ​Conferences.​ ​Our​ ​teachers​ ​will​ ​be  at​ ​school​ ​from​ ​10:00​ ​am​ ​to​ ​6:00​ ​pm​ ​on​ ​October​ ​19th.​ ​Below​ ​is​ ​a​ ​schedule​ ​of​ ​our  conferences​ ​for​ ​that​ ​day.​ ​Of​ ​special​ ​note,​ ​will​ ​be​ ​the​ ​addition​ ​of​ ​childcare​ ​during​ ​our  Conferences.​ ​Thanks​ ​to​ ​the​ ​students​ ​of​ ​the​ ​National​ ​Honor​ ​Society​ ​and​ ​Student​ ​Council,  we​ ​are​ ​able​ ​to​ ​offer​ ​this​ ​service.​ ​This​ ​will​ ​be​ ​held​ ​in​ ​the​ ​gym​ ​and​ ​the​ ​students​ ​will​ ​have  activities​ ​planned​ ​to​ ​entertain​ ​your​ ​children​ ​while​ ​you​ ​discuss​ ​your​ ​child's​ ​performance  with​ ​his/her​ ​teachers.​ ​Also,​ ​if​ ​transportation​ ​is​ ​an​ ​issue​ ​to​ ​get​ ​to​ ​our​ ​PT​ ​Conferences,  please​ ​email​ ​me​ ​at​ ​[email protected]​​ ​and​ ​we​ ​will​ ​see​ ​if​ ​we​ ​can​ ​help​ ​you​ ​out​ ​to​ ​get  to​ ​our​ ​facility.​ ​Thanks​ ​again​ ​for​ ​reading​ ​this​ ​letter​ ​and​ ​we​ ​look​ ​forward​ ​to​ ​seeing​ ​you​ ​on  Thursday!  10:00​ ​am​ ​-​ ​Beginning​ ​of​ ​Conferences 11:30​ ​am​ ​-​ ​Session​ ​I:​ ​Parent​ ​SRP​ ​meeting​ ​in​ ​BFAC This​ ​will​ ​be​ ​an​ ​open​ ​session​ ​to​ ​any​ ​parent​ ​interested​ ​in​ ​seeing​ ​our​ ​new​ ​Standard​ ​Response​ ​Protocol. We​ ​will​ ​explain​ ​what​ ​our​ ​teachers​ ​and​ ​students​ ​will​ ​do​ ​in​ ​the​ ​event​ ​of​ ​a​ ​lockout,​ ​lockdown,​ ​evacuate, shelter,​ ​and​ ​hold. 1:00​ ​pm​ ​-​ ​Session​ ​II:​ ​Parent​ ​SRP​ ​meeting​ ​in​ ​BFAC This​ ​will​ ​be​ ​an​ ​open​ ​session​ ​to​ ​any​ ​parent​ ​interested​ ​in​ ​seeing​ ​our​ ​new​ ​Standard​ ​Response​ ​Protocol.
