$2,000 SCHOLARSHIP ESSAY QUESTION (1 PAGE MAX): Sheboygan County schools are considered top notch. Please tell us why and how they have prepared you for future success? Purpose: To provide financial recognition to a student involved in the community and associated with the Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce. These $2,000 scholarships are meant to carry forth the Chamber Ambassadors’ view that leadership, community service, and educational pursuit should be appropriately recognized and rewarded. The scholarship is made possible by funds raised at the annual Chamber golf outing every September. Save the Date Wednesday, September 13, 2017.

$2,000 scholarship attending any non-Chamber member college Requirements for both scholarships:
High school graduate as of May/June 2017 planning to attend OR a student currently enrolled at an institution of higher education Applicant must be employed by or have a parent/guardian/spouse employed by a company that is a member of the Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce. Applicant must demonstrate a capacity for leadership. Applicant must show an interest in community and school activities. Applicant must complete Section II and must submit their typed essay on a separate sheet of paper.
Notes:
Acceptance of any other scholarship award will not preclude acceptance of this award. The award must be used only to assist the recipient in meeting expenses at selected college. Neither names of applicants nor their Chamber member affiliations are revealed to the Scholarship Committee during the selection process.
