In addition to offering the best digital space for job openings, we are pleased to host two local Career Fairs in 2018. Our events routinely draw over 1,000 local job seekers and it is our passion to connect these candidates with local employers like you. Booths sell out fast, so early sign up is encouraged. We hope to see you at one, or both of our 2018 events!

8 X 10 booth (pipe and drape); table and four chairs; waste basket; lunch for four representatives; company name on booth sign, job seeker registration page, and event directory; Wi-Fi (connection instructions will be provided at the Career Fair); one 30 day job posting with resume database access, a $599 value.

To ensure a successful event for everyone, please arrive early and be set up and ready to go by 10:45 AM. We also request that you plan to have the booth staffed until the close of the event at 3:00 PM.

1. The Exhibitor has no right to assign or sublet such space without the prior written consent of RegionalHelpWanted (RHW). No refunds or transfers permitted. 2. All booth spaces are in units of 8’ x 10’, unless otherwise noted. Exhibitors renting booth space(s) with furnishings will receive 6’ draped table, chairs and a sign indicating the Exhibitor’s name. All booth space(s) include 36” side rails and an 8’ backwall, unless Exhibitor informs RHW to the contrary. Note that some booth configurations do not require side and/or back wall drapery (island and peninsula style). Upon request, RHW shall provide exhibitor with the name of an exhibit services contractor prepared to furnish additional materials and services. RHW assumes no liability or responsibility in connection with the services or materials provided by such exhibit services contractor. Any display Exhibitor brings to the booth shall not block air or light flow, shall not be over 8’ in height and shall not have display sidewalls extending more than 4’ from the back of the booth (to a maximum height of 36”), unless prior written approval is received from RHW. Exhibitor acknowledges that, pursuant to the theme of the exhibition, it shall use the booth space only for the purpose of recruiting, and therefore shall only display the products or services provided by their company consistent with the theme of the exhibition. All displays must remain within the booth perimeters and not intrude upon the aisles. Although RHW shall use its best efforts to offer Exhibitor the location(s) requested, RHW reserves the right to alter the event layout and booth arrangement to a design that may differ from illustrations in marketing literature or announced floor plans, and further reserves the right to reassign Exhibitor’s booth location hours and the number of days or the dates of the exhibition. 3. All sums paid to RHW are non-refundable and shall be retained by RHW. Exhibitor agrees that the amount retained by RHW or the amount retained and due to RHW is a fair and reasonable estimate of the damages RHW will suffer as a result of Exhibitor’s cancellation, and RHW agrees to accept the same as liquidated damages. Exhibitor specifically agrees that it is legally obligated to remit to RHW any unpaid balance for the booth space(s) after retention by RHW of any amounts paid. In the event of cancellations, RHW shall have the right to rent the booth space to another party. However, any rental fees received by such rerental shall not accrue to the Exhibitor’s benefit or reduce its liability hereunder. 4. If, due to circumstances beyond its control, RHW is prevented from holding the event or if it cannot permit Exhibitor to occupy booth space, RHW reserves the right to alter the location and/or date of the event with reasonable notice provided to the Exhibitor, without a refund to Exhibitor. RHW has the right to cancel the event with no further liability other than a refund of the booth rental fee paid, which shall be Exhibitor’s sole and exclusive remedy. Under no circumstances shall RHW be liable to Exhibitor for incidental or consequential damages. 5. RegionalHelpWanted (RHW) shall provide adequate security. However, the Exhibitor is solely and fully responsible for its own exhibit materials and personal items, and should obtain insurance at its own expense. RHW is not responsible for damage to the exhibits, whether by fire, theft, accident or any other cause, or for any other injury which Exhibitor, its property, employees, guests and invitees may suffer. RHW is not responsible for damage to personal items brought to any career reception, whether by fire, theft, accident or any other cause. 6. Exhibitor grants permission to RHW to use Exhibitor’s name and/or logos for promotional purposes in connection with the event or other events produced by RHW. This permission shall extend to photographs of Exhibitor’s booth. RHW shall promote the events in such manner and through such media at its sole discretion and may alter the nature, content and manner of its promotion to meet the needs of a particular market or of the location in which the exhibition takes place. 7. Exhibitor agrees to comply with the reasonable requests of RHW, their Sponsors, agents and employees. Exhibitor further agrees that it shall observe the general rules and regulations of the exhibit hall at which the event is held. 8. Exhibitor assumes full responsibility and liability for the actions of its agents, employees or independent contractor, whether acting within or without the scope of their authority, and agrees to indemnify and hold RHW and the exhibit hall harmless from and against responsibility or liability resulting directly or indirectly, or jointly, from the acts or omissions of its agents, employees or independent contractors, whether acting within or without the scope of their authority. 9. This EXHIBIT APPLICATION/CONTRACT, when accepted by RHW, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, supersedes all prior negotiations, representations and understandings, and may be modified only pursuant to its terms or by written notice signed by both parties. In the event that a party brings an action to enforce its right hereunder or to seek a declaration of its rights or to obtain an interpretation of this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees in addition to all other relief. In the event that a court finds any provision of this agreement to be unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof shall remain in full force and effect. 10. If Exhibitor does not occupy the space by 11:00 am, on the day of the event, the space is forfeited by Exhibitor and may be resold, reassigned, or used by RHW without any refund of rental charge payment to Exhibitor. All exhibits/displays must remain staffed and fully intact during the hours of the event. 11. Payment, according to payment terms, should be made to: Regional Help Wanted, Inc.
