on behalf of the Chess Federation of Sri Lanka and FIDE will be held at the “Shanaya Motel”,Walgama, Matara,Sri Lanka. In this event organize second time with a total prize fund of nearly Rs. 350,000/= in cash and other attractive awards

and Prizes.The event will be played according to the Swiss system with 09 rounds from 19th (Arrival) to 25th (Departure) of December 2017 @ Matara,Sri Lanka. Venue:-

All title players (FM/WFM and above) and players having a rating of above 2000 are free. Rating category 1800 - 1999 Rs: 1500/= Rating Category 1600 - 1799 Rs: 2000/= Rating category below 1600 Rs: 2500/= Unrated players: Rs. 3500/= Late fee of Rs. 500/= will be charged for the entries received after 16th of December 2017.This applies even for rated players,whom only are allowed to do registration even via Email with contact [email protected] All amounts are in Sri Lankan Rupees. * All local players should be registered with the CFSL to play in this event. Accommodation: All foreign titles players Over FM will be provided accommodation with three meals.GMs,IMs,WGMs,WIMs may contact the organizers directly. All foreign players with more than 2000 ELO rating will be provided accommodation only. All other foreign players have to look after their accommodation. We may support all on the request. All those who needs A/C Accommodation has to pay an extra fee of 25 $ per night.All the foreign unrated players and accompanying person have to bare their own expenses. Local outstation playersthcan be accommodated with a nominal charge.
