UCPEA EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETING Minutes April 10, 2014

Attendees – Ken Best, Steve Grigoreas, Peter Morenus, Lisa Pane, Angela Rola, Gisele Russo, Kathy Sanner, and Mike White Guests – Elizabeth Sullivan 1. Call to Order – The meeting was called to order by President Sanner at 12:01 pm 2. Acceptance of Minutes of March 27, 2014 - The motion to accept the minutes was made by Angela Rola and seconded by Gisele Russo. Motion carried 3. Additions to Agenda 1. Executive Session 2. BOT Agenda @ Social Work- Collective Bargaining 4. New & Future Business: 1. Library-Tabled Union Rep Appointments- Peter Morenus moved to appoint the following reps: Area 1 – Mary Margaret Cole, Area 5 – Rachel Chasse-Terebo, Area 4 – Jennifer Fontanella, Area 13 – Cristina Higham, Area 28 – Tom Mealy, Area 30 – Debbie Philips & Angela Lambert-Hustus, Area 32 – Emilie Hogrebe, Area 33 – Steph Boykin, Area 38 – Joseph Sweet, seconded by Lisa Pane. Motion carried. 2. FY14-15 Budget Presentation- Gisele Russo moved to approve the Budget for FY 2014-15, seconded by Mike White. Motion carried. 3. Board Meeting Date Change for May-Discussion of possible date change. 5. Old Business: 1. Annual Report- Call for reports; publishing of report 2. Unionist of the Year-Call for nominations 6. Reports: 1. President’s Report – Wisconsin Rally discussion, strategies for election season and negotiations. 2. Staff Reports – 

Sullivan – Open cases; OSP discussion; wireless in office being secured.
