Deferred Action for Child Arrivals (DACA)
Certain persons that entered the U.S. before their 16th birthday and have remained in the country since January 1, 2010, may qualify for deferred action and work authorization for three (3) years.
Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent (DAPA)
Parents of U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents that have remained in the country since January 1, 2010, may qualify for deferred action and work authorization for three (3) years.
