Registration Guidelines Students and parents should select classes wisely and carefully during the registration process as staffing and resources are impacted by these selections. Listed below are some criteria you should use to make these wise choices. 1. Review high school graduation requirements. 2. Review college entrance requirements (CDHE requirements for Colorado). 3. If you are an athlete, you will also need to review your selections with regard to the NCAA Clearinghouse guidelines. 4. Check all course offerings and carefully read the descriptions of those classes you are interested in taking. 5. All students are required to sign up for a total of 6 credits. Music, Newspaper, Yearbook, SOAR and Student Government are by application only and will be automatically added to your schedule if you are accepted. 6. Do not sign up for classes you do not intend to take next year. Schedule changes are very difficult to obtain because the Master Schedule is built on student requests. 7. Math will be assigned. 8. Students testing below grade level in reading or math will automatically be placed in a supplemental reading or math class.
