The Vashon Ecumenical Book Group will discuss "Misquoeng Jesus: The Story Behind Who Changed the Bible and Why," by Bart D. Ehrman, from 4 to 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 5 at St. John Vianney Church, 16100 115th Ave. SW. All are welcome. Ehrman, a Bible scholar and religious studies professor, argues that many of our widely held beliefs concerning Jesus, the Trinity, and the text of the Bible itself are the results of both inteneonal and accidental alteraeons by scribes. The group's April book is "Not in God's Name: Confroneng Religious Violence" by Jonathan Sacks.
