Further to above, Federationhas come to know that even at present there are three Chennaiin erstwhile Draftsmen who have been working on adhocbasis in the office of CPH/RE, scale PB-l + GP 2400. ln this connection,NFIR enclosescopies of letter dated 10/0511995 (GI\4/S.Rly) addressedto Railway Board for (GM(PyRE) and another letter dated2810212001 conveying instructionsto the RE & GIWS. Railway. Non-regulaization of Draftsmen and nongrant of GP 4200 (PB-2) as JE (Drg) has resulted loss of statusand emolumentsto thesestaff. The said staff should have beenregularly absorbedas JE (Drg) l/' decadeback. NFIR, therefore, requeststhe Railway Board to issue suitable instructions in order to ensurethat all remaining staff working on adhocbasisin the RE/S.
