We are an enthusiastic bunch of people, working in an exciting new industry. Currently, we are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team and become an integral part of our office in Greater Manchester. ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing complex customer support to our European customers. MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE • • • • • • •

providing proactive customer support dealing with enquiries and complaints from customers as well as processing the orders efficiently in our ERP system gaining valuable feedback from customers and providing an accurate analysis of data ensuring effective documentation and information flow between customers and sales team providing all necessary documentation – invoices, orders, shipping documents, special offers maintaining communication with customers by providing needs analysis and monitoring stock levels producing reports for customers and for the Customer Service Manager

REQUIREMENTS • • • • • • •



excellent English communication very good knowledge of one of the following languages: German, Italian or French – this will be used in daily communication with customers 1 - 2 years of relevant customer support experience advanced MS Office skills customer savvy and proactive approach good organisational skills ability to work in a team
