Maintain the existing inventory management system Monitor inventory movement and ending balance Reconcile ending balance from system with warehouse report and analyze discrepancy Carry out physical inventory check (stock taking) periodically Monitor account receivable through existing accounting system Prepare A/R overdue report and request sales PIC to analyze the reason and collect the money 7. Report A/R collection status Manager

Male (max 30 years old) Education background in Accounting or IT Understand concept of computer accounting system Minimally 2-year experience as Supervisor in Accounting Active English Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word
Senior Staff for Sales & Purchasing in Machinery General description The candidate will handle jobs/tasks of sales related to machinery and equipment needed in production line (for automotive industries), such as die cast machine, machining tools, parts, etc. Job description 1. Carry out a series of purchase and sales tasks such as prepare purchase order, sales contract, quotation, prepare invoice, control order status, control shipment & delivery schedule, manage order forecast and inventory. 2. Familiar with machinery and dies will be advantages 3. Sales & Profit calculation and analysis
