With tapestry needle and yarn, make a st on 1 side of lower body to secure yarn (this will be concealed when leg is attached). Sew inside center of leg to body with a couple of sts about 1 inch from the top of the leg, then insert needle through body to opposite side. Sew 2nd leg to body in same manner as first, and then insert needle through body back to first side and make another st in on inside leg in same place as the first.
