Sew Leg to top of Foot near the back. Position Legs on Body to ensure they will be level when Monkey is sitting upright. With tapestry needle and yarn, make a st on 1 side of lower body to secure yarn (this will be concealed when leg is attached). Sew inside center of leg to body with a couple of sts about 1 inch from the top of the leg, then insert needle through body to opposite side. Sew 2nd leg to body in same manner as first, and then insert needle through body back to first side and make another st in on inside leg in same place as the first. Rep this back-and-forth process 3 or 4 times. Secure yarn and trim end. Hand Make 2. Rnds 1–5: Rep rnds 1–5 of Left Foot. (14 sc) Rnd 6: Sc in each sc around.
