We would like to thank the young and talented designers from ‘Local Peoples’ for donating their time and talent to produce the designs for the online voting. Here is how you voted:

Why people said logo 3 was thier favourite: • I like that the different colours represent the diversity of all young people. • It resembles the coming together of many different people, in harmony for HIV - what MYF is all about. • Logo 3 is vibrant and colourful and reflects the energy and passion of the MYF. • The red ribbon is prominent but the peace sign is colourful and bold and hopefully what the Melb Youth Force will be! • Red is the traditional color for AIDS related advocacy, but this logo is mixing things up a bit. Its AIDS advocacy in technicolor, the hand signal stands for peace and victory. • Its modern look is built on a strong counterculture foundation and it says its 2014 and we're still acting up, still fighting AIDS. • Colourful, a little bit different, good incorporation of the ribbon. Feels 'youthy'. • Visually appealing and the multiple colours of the hand represent both our multicultural communities and the diversity of young people attending from around the globe. • The logo is approachable and friendly and has all the factors represented. the youth force seems the most prominent without losing site of the ribbon or the fingers.

• I would proudly wear a T Shirt branded with the logo during the conference. • The logo focuses not only on HIV messages but also on diversity through color and peace as a message. It's multifaceted • It's fresh, youth visual, and the colorful reflects to me diversity and has a lot of creativity. The colors give great strength of youth and love. • This logo is youth friendly as well as it can attract the attention of any other person. The HIV ribbon is clearly displayed while giving prominence to 'YOUTH FORCE'. • This logo have multi colours showing the people who belongs to different regions combined at 1 place for getting to zero AIDS. • The sign is very common among the youth, the hand signifies strength and diversity with the different colour, gender, race, different sexual orientation and class beliefs. The hand also has a scientific image that tells more of HIV preventions and innovative solutions. • Logo 3 is the best visual representation for Melbourne Youth Force because it symbolizes youth force all over the globe. The Melbourne is light colored here and I think that this logo would be the best one. This logo focuses more on Youth Force, Peace, and AIDS. • It focuses on the words 'Youth Force' and had a nice colour scheme to it. • I like how both the peace symbol and Red ribbon are complementing/balancing each other. • Is very visible, easy to understand and more especially the HIV logo is well positioned. • I find the third logo more colourful & funky. The other three still have the colours we used for the previous youth force in DC. The different colors also represent diversity for which the youth force participants are, diverse young people that are passionate & committed to playing a part in fighting AIDS. The bright colors also represent the vibrant optimistic energetic personalities of the young force. • I would say, it stands for togetherness! • I love Logo Option 3 because it bears youths regardless of diversity, culture and ethnicity, meaning every youth around the whole wide world is demonstrate in the coloured finger showing different races coming together to fight against HIV and demonstrating the power of youths when they unite in the fight regardless of wherever they are. • AIDS is an international issue that involves people in different nationality, age and colour. That logo really represent that. A victory figure with different colours at the beginning of the logo really depicted different nationality and colours of people, joining hands together to fight AIDS and meant to have victory over it. • Love the peace sign and the coloured hand reminds me a bit of a map with different coloured countries connecting.

• The logo (3) I chose was because youth have a bright future ahead, the lettering is bold and the AIDS symbol looks fabulous! • It's cool and looks real. The message i get from the two figures is; Together, we can end AIDS! It's simple and eye catching! it shows in my opinion freshness, energy & youth! • Love the colorful hand which describes though we may have different color, skin, flags, logo but with one hand bound us all in it we can do it all together for the good of it • One hand with different colours describe all nation puts our hand together we can do so much. • HAND symbolizing HELPING one another to spread the HIV and AIDS awareness. 4 color signified different culture and belief need a peace of mind when it comes in stigma and discrimination. • The different colors of the palm and fingers symbolizes the different groups affected but all are one as well as it looks like the globe. Index finger in red may represent voting/politics of a new generation and era of the epidemic! • It's cool, it's got great colors going on. Represents the coolness of youth actions. The victory sign resonates with where we are right now in the AIDS response, we are now poised for victory • The colours are lively and represents diversity; the peace sign shows sincerity yet seriousness about the matter and the whole design is simple yet evokes attention. • I think colorful logos can symbolizes youth, dark and light colors symbolizes the dark and light path that youth can encounter during their growth. In the Logo Option number 3 it shows in every happiness and difficulty youth still can stand up and continue its life.
