2017-2018 ADMINISTRATIVE SALARY SCHEDULE All positions are 12 months unless noted. For positions in which a master’s degree is required, a doctoral degree in the individual’s area of specialization or in the field of education, which has been granted by an accredited university shall result in an additional increment equal in dollar amount to that paid on the Teacher Salary Schedule. For positions in which a bachelor’s degree or less is required, a master’s degree in the individual’s area of specialization or in the field of education, which has been granted by an accredited university, shall result in an additional increment equal in dollar amount to that paid for a doctoral degree on the Teacher Salary Schedule. For the current school year the amount is $1,543. SPECIAL NOTE: The Governing Board may present an entrollment stipend to eligible staff members for extra work to sustain and/or increase within 10% of the District's ADM. The Governing Board may offer multi-year contracts to the Superintendent consistent with the state statute and District policy. All other administrator contracts will be offered for one (1) year only.
