Review and Approval of October 8, 2013 meeting minutes a. Minutes were reviewed and approved.

Review and Feedback of New ACC Website Design (Patty Scogin) a. ACC’s new redesigned website launched at 3 AM on November 11th and is more student focused. Language is shorter and simple. Overall, the launch was a success. b. Marketing transferred, wrote, and designed 800 webpages for the launch. c. Different programs like ACC 101 which runs on Nexus will take a little more time to become compatible with the new system/site. d. Site Search is currently down due to the new site, but should be up and running by the end of the week. In the meantime, Edward Terry and Sylvia Partida are working on trying to input some keywords to bring up main topics so they can show up immediately and some redirects to other pages. e. Visitors can scroll toward the bottom of each page and see a list of all important links. f. Visitors will notice underlined important keywords – the definition will come up in a small box or you can click on it and direct you to the term in the glossary. g. If anything is missing and needs to be added, contact Edward Terry.

Spring 2014 Registration Issues to Address (All) a. Susan Gusler reports Adult Ed students can still be registered by professors.

Additional Agenda Items for November 12 Meeting (All) a. As a reminder, the deadline to report change of residence for tuition purposes was changed from the add/drop period to the census date effective for the spring semester. b. Hays Campus Grand Opening will be on January 16th at 1:30.
