Dear Chris Thanasis Raptis at 333 Collins Street, Melbourne We have your letter of 23 December 2015. Please note that I now have the entire handling of this matter and Mr Leibler is no longer required to be involved and so any further emails sent to him may not be responded to given the time of year. Please also note and advise your client that Anthony from 333 Choice Properties is also now on leave and consequently he will not be responding to any emails sent to him. Please ask your client to address all further emails direct to [email protected]. As stated in our letter yesterday, our client’s sole concern now is to rectify the malfunctioning duct for your client. We again request that our client be allowed access to the premises in order to attend to the problem. Once the problem is resolved your client will be provided with a copy of any report provided by the landlord’s contractors for his records and information. Please ask your client to contact Phillip Garrett to arrange a mutually suitable appointment for access as soon as possible since, like many others, the contractors will be closing over the next few days until early next year.
