c. Registered team members must log their active or sustainable trips (walk, cycle, inline skate, jog, wheelchair, scooter, take transit, carpool or telecommute) during the Challenge week online at www.commuterchallenge.ca. The Workplace team in each category with the highest percentage of participation will win. This will be calculated by comparing the total number of employees to the total number of registered employees who participate in the challenge by logging their active and sustainable trips (e.g.: Workplace A has 100 total employees; 35 employees register; 26 registered employees log their active & sustainable trips during the challenge = 26% participation rate). The winning Workplace Teams will be notified by email or by phone. The organizers will coordinate with the winning teams to set up a photo opportunity and distribute the awards. To be eligible, all entries must be logged online at www.commuterchallenge.ca and received on or before 11:59 p.m. (E.T.) on Wednesday, June 15th, 2016. If you would like your name removed from the Challenge please email Chantal Lalonde at [email protected] or call at (613) 933-1375 ext. 250. Chances of winning an individual or workplace prize are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received. The Active Transportation Group is unaware of how many entries there may be. The prizes that are available to be won will be announced two weeks prior to the commencement of the Challenge at www.cornwall.ca/atc. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged. Participants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and be a resident of Ontario, Canada. The Challenge organizers and their immediate families are not eligible for prizes in the Challenge. Participants agree to have their name published, if they are a prize winner, on the Challenge Facebook Page, the City of Cornwall website and in local media. Participants will be sent an evaluation survey after the Challenge. Completion of the survey will be optional.
