However, if your character does not appear in the scenes being rehearsed, according to the detailed schedule (attached), you may not need to attend that rehearsal. Rules for rehearsals: 1. All students must be in the rehearsal area at the designated time. Attendance will be taken and tardies counted. Rehearsals are considered part of a your class grade. 2. Students will not be allowed to leave the rehearsal early, for any reason, unless you have a signed note from your parent(s), or a parent comes to the rehearsal area to pick you up in person. 3. Please list any/all known absences below. Any other absences require a note or email from a parent. Based on the note/email, directors will determine whether the absence from rehearsal will be excused. ​Reassignment of a part may result if a student will miss too many rehearsals or has too many absences. 4. Please refer to the detailed schedule to determine whether you are required to attend a particular rehearsal. Students who are required to attend a rehearsal will receive points toward their grade for that rehearsal. 5. No note is required if you have been marked absent from school the day of a rehearsal. 6. Parents-if you are interested in or able to help with our production in any way please contact me via email of phone call. We can always use help.
