We are on a mission to let the world discover unique and beautiful products from those local brands. Our startup has carefully chosen Vietnam as it offers an unprecedented opportunity in enabling local designers and makers to scale their business. Your role in a nutshell: You love products from local designers and makers and more so you can’t wait to see those on the walls, shelves or tables of coffee shops, restaurants and offices. To make this happen, you are excited to approach small, medium and even large companies, advise them on products to choose from our offering, make proposals and close the deal. Furthermore you are also approaching companies that are looking for nice and unique gifts to give to their clients, partners or employees. In short, you are the lucky one to kick start the B2B Sales Department at SoNice and love to be mostly outside of the office to meet our B2B customers.

What you’ll do: • • • • • •

Research about small, medium and large companies (coffee shops, restaurants, co working spaces, offices) that are potential buyers for our products Define a Strategy and pitch to founders then execute it diligently Build Sales Material and Channels on how to best reach the target customers Work together with our Marketing Team to launch online or offline campaigns that generate leads for the B2B Sales Department Design gift boxes/collections with nice and unique corporate gifts to proactively approach companies to help them send creative gifts to their customers or partners or employees for Birthdays, Christmas, Lunar New Year Report to Founders every week

In order to succeed in this role, you need to: • • • • • • •

Have at least 2 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in Home & Living, Art, Stationery, Fashion Accessories and the likes Be fluent in Vietnamese and English You are self-motivated and can hit the ground running You are confident to build the B2B Sales Department, define the strategy, execute it and hire your own team Proactive in acquiring companies that are interested to buy bigger quantities of products and turning them into follow up customers Motivated to hit sales targets You can communicate clearly and concisely, especially when it comes to complicated topics

Compensation package: • •

Fix salary: VND 6.000.000 / gross Bonus: Get 6% bonus on the sales volume that you generate each month. We pay out monthly

Working Time & Day: • •

Monday to Friday: 8.30 – 18.00 Occasionally, the team is working on weekends to go to events and visit brands offline
