Key messages
ถึงแม้วา่ ผลประกอบการโดยรวมใน 4Q60 จะน่าผิดหวัง แต่ ก็ยงั มีดา้ นบวกอยู่ บ้าง อย่างเช่น สิ นเชื่อที่ฟ้ื นตัวอย่าง แข็งแกร่ ง, การเร่ ง write-off NPL เพื่อลดภาระหนี้เสี ย และ เดินหน้าขยายธุรกิจใหม่, การนามาตรฐาน IFRS9 มาใช้ก่อน กาหนด (โดยเฉพาะ KBANK TISCO) และความพยายามที่ จะเปลี่ยน รู ปแบบธนาคารในอนาคต ซึ่ งเห็นได้ชดั ในกรณี ของ SCB ซึ่ งมีแผนปฏิรูปรู ปแบบธนาคารใหม่ท้ งั หมด ซึ่ ง นับเป็ นแผนที่ดีในระยะยาว แต่ก็ยงั มีความเสี่ ยงในระยะสั้น ในช่วงปี 2561-62 ในแง่ของการดาเนินงานให้บรรลุผล ซึ่ ง กระทบงานหลายส่ วน และเกี่ยวข้องบุคคลากรจานวนมาก ดังนั้น เราจึงเลือกที่ดูปลอดภัย ด้วยการเลือก BBL ซึ่ งความ เสี่ ยงทั้งด้านคุณภาพสิ นทรัพย์, ด้านกฎเกณฑ์ทางการ, และ ด้านการลงทุนต่ากว่าธนาคารอื่นๆ ในขณะที่ SCB เป็ น สร้างจุดผลิกผัน ที่หากแผนการดาเนิ นงานประสบ ความสาเร็ จจะสร้างมูลค่าสู งให้กบั ธนาคารในอนาคต .
กาไรรวมของธนาคาร 9 แห่ ง ลดลง 12% QoQ และ 19% YoY ต่ากว่าประมาณการของเรา/consensus ประมาณ 17%/15% เนื่ องจากมีการตั้งสารองก้อนใหญ่ และค่าใช้จ่ายในการดาเนิ นงานสูงขึ้นมาก ในขณะที่รายได้จากธุรกรรมประกันสุ ทธิ ลดลงอย่างมาก ส่ วนผลประกอบการปี 2560 ลดลง 7% (ต่ากว่า ประมาณการของเรา 4%) ทั้งนี้ ผลประกอบการของ KBANK, KTB, SCB ออกมาน่าผิดหวังมาก มีเพียง BBL เท่านั้นที่กาไรออกมาดีเกินคาด Impact สินเชื่อฟื้ นตัวอย่างแข็งแกร่ งใน 4Q60 แต่ NII และ NIM ลดลง สิ นเชื่อรวม (ไม่รวม TISCO ซึ่งซื้อพอร์ ตสิ นเชื่อมาจาก SCBT) โต 3.1% QoQ และ 4.7% YoY ซึ่งเป็ น แนวโน้มการเติบโตแบบกระจายตัวในธนาคารต่างๆ และสิ นเชื่ อที่เกิดขึ้นใน 4Q60 คิดเป็ น 2/3 ของ สิ นเชื่อทั้งปี อย่างไรก็ตามสิ นเชื่อใหม่ใน 4Q60 ส่วนใหญ่เป็ นสิ นเชื่ อธุรกิจที่ให้ผลตอบแทน(yield) ต่า ส่ งผลให้รายได้ดอกเบี้ยรับสุทธิ ( NII) ยังคงอ่อนแอ และ NIM ลดลงประมาณ 5-8bps QoQ รายได้ค่าธรรมเนียมยังคงอ่ อนแอลงอีกใน 4Q60 และในปี 2560 ก็แทบไม่ เปลีย่ นแปลง โดยเฉพาะ KBANK และ SCB ซึ่ง non-NII ติดลบ เนื่ องจากรายได้จากค่าเบี้ยประกันสุ ทธิ จากบริ ษทั ประกันชีวิตในเครื อลดลงอย่างมาก ซึ่งธุรกิจนี้ หดตัวลงมากกว่า 40% ใน 4Q60 และในปี 2560 แต่ อย่างไรก็ตาม non-NII ของ BBL, TMB, KTB และธนาคารขนาดเล็กทุกแห่ งยังโตได้ในระดับสองหลัก แนวโน้ มคุณภาพสิ นทรัพย์ ปนๆ กันไป ซึ่งบางส่ วนถูกบิดเบือนด้ วยการตัดหนีส้ ู ญก้ อนใหญ่ NPL โดยรวมโตประมาณ 3% QoQ และ 7% YoY ใน 4Q60 เนื่องจาก KTB, SCB, TISCO, KKP มีการ write-off หนี้ เสี ยก้อนใหญ่ ซึ่งหากไม่นบั การ write-off หนี้ เสี ยดังกล่าว NPL จะขยับเพิ่มขึ้นจากสิ นเชื่ อ ธุรกิจในภาคเกษตรของ KTB, TCAP, SCB ซึ่งบีบให้ธนาคารต้องตั้งสารองก้อนใหญ่เพื่อรับมือกับ NPL ใหม่ และเพิ่มสัดส่วน NPL coverage แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม มีเพียง BBL เท่านั้นที่คุณภาพสิ นทรัพย์ดีข้ ึน Outlook Opex สาหรับวัฎจักรรอบใหม่ และมาตรฐาน IFRS9 เป็ นความท้ าทายในปี นี้ ธนาคารกาลังอยูใ่ นช่วงเปลี่ยนผ่านในสามด้าน ได้แก่ 1.) คุณภาพสิ นทรัพย์, 2) ค่าใช้จ่ายลงทุน สาหรับวัฏจักรรอบใหม่ของรู ปแบบการดาเนิ นใหม่ (digital banking), 3.) มาตรฐานบัญชี ใหม่ IFRS9 การเริ่ มนามาตรฐาน IFRS9 มาใช้ก่อนกาหนดใน 4Q60 ทาให้ TISCO และ KBANK เน้นแค่คุณภาพ สิ นทรัพย์ และไม่ตอ้ งกังวลกับการตั้งสารอง และลงทุนจานวนมาก ในขณะที่ BBL เริ่ มส่ งสัญญาณ NPL ลด มีสารองฯมากรองรับ IFRS9 และการลงทุนแบบค่อยเป็ นไปในการปรับเปลี่ยนรู ปแบบดาเนิ นงาน ทาให้ BBL เป็ นตัวเลือกที่ดีที่สุด ส่ วน SCB และ KTB จะหนักกว่าธนาคารอื่นเพราะต้องบริ หารทั้งสาม ด้านข้างต้นพร้อมๆ กัน โดย KTB ถูกกดดันจากความเสี่ ยงด้านคุณภาพสิ นทรัพย์มากกว่า SCB ดังนั้นเรา จึงให้คะแนนธนาคารต่างๆ โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์สามด้านดังกล่าว และพบว่า BBL อยูใ่ นสถานะที่ดีกว่า ธนาคารอื่นๆ และเราเลือกเป็ นหุ ้นเด่นในกลุ่ม รองลงมาคือ KBANK เนื่องจากมีภาระ capex น้อยกว่า SCB
