The service provider is required to adjust the services to the specific needs and conditions of the ARBO. For the capacitating activities, these shall be conducted on-site, with the appropriate number of participants coming from the Lead ARBO and other participating ARBOs. Activities will include training, coaching and mentoring activities geared towards the enterprise development of ARBOs. Criteria in the selection of participants should include, among others, consideration of potential second-liner leaders of the ARBOs.
