BHS Prom 2017- “A Night in Paris” Please read the following Prom related information. If you have any questions or concerns, see Mrs. Bynum-Brown in Room 602. General Information ● The Beddingfiled High School Junior/Senior Prom will be held on Saturday, April 1st at the Wilson Country Club. ● The price of prom tickets are $40.00 per person. Tickets will begin being sold on Monday, March 20th and will conclude on Wednesday, March 29th. ● All past due fees must be paid in order to purchase a prom ticket. Library fees should be paid in the library. All other fees should be paid to the bookkeeper in the front office. ● Beginning on Monday, March 20th; Prom tickets will be sold during both lunches, and from 2:30- 3:00 after school. Do not come to purchase a prom ticket or ask prom related question during instructional time ● Prom tickets will be distributed on Thursday, March 30th during both lunches and from 2:30pm-3:30pm. You are only allowed to pick up your ticket and your guest’s ticket. Guest Information ● Each Junior/Senior attending the Prom is permitted to invite one guest. ● The Prom is only for students who are currently classified as a Junior, Senior, or high school graduate under the age of 21. ● If you plan to attend the prom with someone other than a Beddingfield junior or senior, you must complete a guest form. Guest forms can be found in the front office and are to be returned no later than Monday, March 20th. Your guest must be approved prior to purchasing their ticket. ● The prom is from 8:00 pm to midnight, you must arrive by 9:00pm to be admitted. If you leave the Prom you will not be allowed to re-enter. ● You and your guest must arrive together, you must both have a ticket and any non-BHS student must present a photo ID at the door in order to be admitted into the prom.
