Request of Visitors – It is the desire of the Board of Education to obtain input from members of the community with respect to any items appearing on the special session agenda. In this special meeting, as in all special meetings, the public may only discuss the agendized item(s). Speaker forms are available in the Newport Room and must be presented to the Board secretary, prior to the beginning of the meeting. Each speaker is requested to limit his/her remarks to three minutes so that all who wish to speak may have time to do so. The Board shall limit the total time for each agenda item to 20 minutes. Individual speakers may not cede or in any way give their time to another speaker.
