Pursuant to the requirements of the Drug Free Workplace Act of 1988 (Public Law 100-690, 5151-5160, Title V, Subtitle D), it is the policy of the San Benito High School District to continue to provide a drug-free workplace. No employee shall unlawfully manufacture, distribute, dispense, possess, use or be under the influence of any alcoholic beverage, drug or controlled substance as defined in the Controlled Substances Act and Code of Federal Regulations before, during or after school hours at school or in any other district workplace.
