The Facilities Department recently reviewed the current condition of the existing buildings at the Crocker Farm, Fort River and Wildwood Elementary Schools. Included on the team were: A. B. C. D. E.

2. The evaluation methodology consisted of a review of the maintenance history of the individual systems within each building based on the experience of the mechanics directly responsible for the building work. Additionally, the existing conditions of the buildings were confirmed by a walk-through by the Maintenance Coordinator and Facilities Director. 3. Attached is a breakdown by building systems of the three schools including the system condition index and system importance weighting. 4. If there are any questions, please contact me to discuss.
