Packing Guidelines & Other Important Information (Non Commercial Movement of Personal Belongings under Campus2home Offer)

1. The Campus2home branded Safebox is FREE for students. This Box contents weight should NOT Exceed 20 Kg in any case. Prior intimation is requested to arrange Safebox. Write your contact details on the package also.

2. Proper packing must be ensured by the consignor. Please use proper carton boxes. Soft Baggage/ Suitcase etc. are prone to damage/ scratch during transit and not covered under our transit loss risk coverage.

3. Please DO NOT send valuables (e.g. ornaments, currency etc.), Not Replaceable’ (e.g. Original

Certificate, Data in Hard disk/CD, Album etc), Fragile, Liquid, Commercial, Illegal or Restricted contents.

4. Electronics must be packed in original box with original packing material.

5. Don’t put sharp edge / over sized contents in Box. Don’t leave any empty space in box. Stuff with fillers e.g. Cloth, Paper, Thermocol etc. if required. Use proper quality sufficient tape / strapping to tightly wrap the box.

6. This is a limited period offer for booking from selected campuses/ locations. Pick up with Normal Tariff also continues. Topay service charges apply for Topay booking.

7. The offer has limited liability Risk Coverage. Maximum liability per waybill is limited to the cost of lost package/content or Rs. 5000 whichever is low. This is irrespective of reason/value of loss. No consequential loss liability due to delay/ loss is covered. Terms printed on the reverse of consignor copy of waybill apply. 8. Booking of Two Wheelers and house hold like TV, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Furniture etc. is NOT allowed.

9. Please fill “Declaration By Consignor” properly as per the standard format. 10. Govt. Levy e.g. Octroi (if applicable) will be initially paid by Safexpress and will be reimbursed by the receiver along with applicable Service Charge at the time of delivery.
