"Unleash Your Skills" Program Training objectives: Career development is a process for managing your work experience so you have to be aware enough with all factors that influence your career development as the market needs, unemployment causes and jobs qualifications. According to the other side, we have to discuss together how your personal characteristics, social life and chance factor also affect your career development. Being able to know your skills, qualifications, needs, capabilities and able to apply for your desired and suitable job are the results we hope to be attained. Through the session and its workshop we will discuss all these factors and how we know yourself to define your career and go through your path to get what you want.
Target audience: Undergraduates and fresh graduates who undecided a clear goal for their career, who will change their direction about their career, who want to feel more confident about their career decision, and who want to know other options or directions of the fields.
