Problem: The pool was named the “Ghost Pool” because the pool was never clear. The hotel has 5 pools on their property and pools are checked regularly and daily by trained service personal from Year Around Pool Company of Hilton Head.
Location of installation: ClearWELL P-160 is strapped on pipe between the pump and filter.
Results: 1. After only 3 days, pool was clear for the first time. You could even see the grout lines in the tile on the bottom of the pool. 2. After 5 days, Auto-chemicals re-adjusted. 3. After 7 days, No sign of back washing necessary. This pool normally required a daily backwash. 4. Reduces Chemical Use by 1/2 to 2/3 5. Reduces Backwashing by 75% 6. Reduces Bacteria and Algae 7. Provides Crystal Clear Water
