NEPN/NSBA Code: CBI-R EVALUATION OF THE SUPERINTENDENT ADMINISTRATIVE REGULATION To ensure the timely completion of the Superintendent’s evaluation, the Vice Chair shall: A. By the first regularly scheduled School Committee meetings in October of each year, distribute evaluation forms for each member to complete; B. At the second regularly scheduled meeting in October, hold a meeting to meet, discuss, and develop the Superintendent’s evaluation; C. By the end of the first regularly scheduled meeting in November of each year, complete the Superintendent’s official evaluation; and D. By the second regularly scheduled meeting in November, review and discuss the Superintendent’s official evaluation.
