Join us in Celebrating Innovative Learning! Discover key principles and techniques that will help teachers and educational professionals lay a solid foundation for designing progressive learning environments. Innovative approaches to education will help students build skills useful in a world where jobs are increasingly information and knowledge-based.
Celebrating Innovative Learning! Recently, more educators across Montana are meeting students where they are and developing supportive environments that address their individual needs.
Many students have unique health challenges, different living situations, issues with transfer credits, or just aren’t interested in the traditional school system with seven periods of 45 minutes each day. These students are often very focused and goal-oriented, but need a system that supports what they need. We have an obligation as professional educators to find ways to meet the unique needs of each and every one of Montana’s students. The goal of this conference is to learn from each other and provide an opportunity for educators to identify different methods which might work for them in their school. As we know, one size does not fit all, and your schools are all as unique as each individual student. We will explore, share, and discuss the traditionally alternative schools, personalized learning schools, the public charter schools that are in operation in Montana, and every conceivable combination. We hope that everyone attending will be able to take away some ideas that they can implement in their own school.
