The following candidates who were found fulfilling the eligibility criteria as per advertisement have been shortlisted for personal interview. The number of candidates shortlisted for interview is based on the guidelines given by the Maharashtra State Government in its G.R. dated 19.10.2007 and as per the reservations advertised.
Instructions to candidates shortlisted for interview: 1. The candidates should bring all the original documents regarding the qualification, experience, age, caste certificate, caste validity certificate, school leaving certificate, domicile certificate etc. 2. The personal interview shall be for 20 marks and the final merit list shall be prepared based on the performance of the candidate in the personal interview for 20 marks and the marks obtained by the candidate in the online exam for 200 marks. Hence the final merit list shall be out of 220 marks. 3. Any canvassing by or on behalf of the candidates or to bring political or other outside influence with regards to their selection/recruitment shall result in disqualification of candidature and shall attract Police action. 4. Any request for change of interview date/ time / venue shall not be entertained. If the candidate does not appear for the interview on the date and time mentioned above, his/her candidature will be cancelled. 5. Candidates whose name appears in Development Officer (General) and Assistant Development Officer (General) will have to appear for interview on both the days. It may be noted that assessment by the interview panel for both the posts shall be made separately. 6. Kindly note that this is not an offer of employment. 7. The candidates need to attend the interview at their own cost and CIDCO will not bear any costs towards traveling or lodging or any other expenses. 8. The interviews are scheduled on 16th and 17th September 2016, however, in cases where the candidates will have to extend their stay in Mumbai, they shall do it at their own cost & CIDCO shall not be responsible for any expenses incurred on that account. 9. If any false/incorrect information furnished by the candidate is detected at any stage of recruitment process, his/her candidature will be cancelled.
10. The decision of the Management in all matters relating to recruitment shall be final and no individual correspondence will be entertained.
