Dear Patrons, Here is a summary of the club's most common rules for your convenience. If you have a question or concern, please speak to the manager on duty.
Crystal Lake Beach Club Rules No one under the age of 18 is permitted on premises without an adult. Children may not be left unattended. Any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs shall be denied admission. Do Not enter the water if you are experiencing or recovering from diarrhea or have had any signs or symptoms of a gastrointestinal (stomach) disease in the past seven days. All children in diapers must wear plastic pants with snug fitting elastic waist and leg bands. No animals, except service animals, shall be allowed on R.M.L. property. Glass containers are prohibited on premises. No food or drink is allowed in the water or on the dock. No diving from the dock. No rough housing. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to swim to the dock until a deep water test is performed, passed, and recorded at the guard house. See the Manager for test times. No one under the age of 10 is permitted on the dock. No person under the age of 18 is permitted past the ropes with a flotation device. All children unable to swim should wear a Coastguard approved life saving vest. No large flotation devices are allowed within the roped swim area. All boaters should wear Coastguard approved life saving vests. No swimming off boats. Every parent is responsible for their children at all times. During a lightning storm the water will be cleared for a minimum of one half hour, use of the lake will be prohibited. CRYSTAL LAKE IS NOW A SMOKE FREE ENVIRONEMENT.
In consideration of my membership (including my family and all guests) to participate in the activities and swim at Crystal Lake, I for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, hereby release and forever discharge Ramapo Mountain Lakes and all representatives and personnel from all liabilities, actions, claims, demands, damages, costs and expenses, which may now or in the future have against them or any of them arising out of my participation at the above mentioned Crystal Lake including, but not limited to, all injuries that may be suffered by me. I attest and verify that, to the best of my knowledge, my physical condition and fitness are adequate for me to safely take part in the activities offered at Crystal Lake.
