State Class B Schools Raylette Sitter, Entertainment Chairman Halftime Entertainment, National Anthem & Pep Band for State B Boys’ Basketball January 26, 2018
I am in the process of scheduling halftime entertainment, National Anthem Singers and Pep Band for State B Boys’ Basketball Tournament to be held March 15-17, 2018 at the Bismarck Event Center. Attached is a registration form for you to complete. Please give a brief description of the type of entertainment that you provide. If you have a special time slot that works best for your group, please indicate that on the form. I will do my best to accommodate the performing groups while trying to maintain a fair rotation and equal time to each group. In accordance with the North Dakota High School Activities Association rules, selection of groups shall be on the basis of variety and audience appeal. Also, to help ensure equitable time, consideration will be given to those who have not performed at the tournaments. Halftime is seven minutes in length to include the time it takes for you to enter and exit from the floor.
All requests must be received by FEBRUARY 12th so that we have time to make the final selections and enable our printer to get the complete information in the tournament program. If you have further questions, feel free to contact me at the number or email below. Thank you,
